Our Team
The
Travel Planner, is unique in the fact that it was started in
1997 by Penney Rudicil as a home based travel agency. As the
business began to grow and develop clientele she discovered
that she could not meet all of their needs with the same
quality, professionalism and customer service that they had
come to expect; therefore she decided to expand the agency.
Today we have 12 agents on
our team, with a variety of experience and education. We
continue to educate ourselves by attending industry
conferences, taking specialist classes and visiting
destinations to better be able to serve our customers. For
Example... Disney Specialist, Sandals & Beaches Specialist,
Princess Cruises Specialist, Master Cruise Counselor, Club
Med Specialist, Vacation Express Specialist, Australian
Specialist, and too many more to list.
As we have been blessed to
be able to have an office in our homes, this also gives us
the flexibility to better meet our clients schedules and
needs. For example, we can deliver brochures, videos, and
documents to the client and they do not have to take their
valuable time to come to an office that has "set hours".
We will also schedule a time convenient to meet with you and
your traveling companions, during the day, evening or even
on the weekend. Our team prides ourselves on giving
the best customer service, therefore, our tag line is "The
