Penney trained to become a travel agent in 1995. After
graduating, she worked for the Cendant Corporation in
reservations, training and accounting.
In
1997 Penney began working as an independent contractor
(Outside Sales Agent), for a large agency. Shortly
thereafter she branched out and started her own travel
agency, The Travel Planner, working from an office in
her home while raising her children.
Penney’s education did not stop after graduation, she
continues to attend conferences and seminars as well as
taking many independent courses to better serve her

addition to education, Penney continues to learn through
traveling. Penney has been on 33 cruises, including
Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Celebrity, MSC and
Holland America. She has also done ship inspections on
Princess, Costa, and Radission Seven Seas.

Success, Inc. Penney’s passion is helping others to

or being a successful travel consultant.
